At FAE BEAUTY, we want you to love your glow; however, due to the personal nature of beauty products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure all return requests are initiated within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

- 3.Pack Your Return
Once approved, securely pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement immediately.
